2025, amiright? I think I can speak for most of us when I say this year had us feeling like doing this 24/7:

I'm here to talk about is all of the awesomeness to come in 2026 at our newest baby TruFit Group Fitness Studios's location and why you might be interested in what our Winter Menu looks like! Oh, and BTW:

COURSES FOR THE EARLY BIRDS:

Want to get your workout done first thing in the morning so you don't have to worry about it later? (I mean, I do, which is why I take one of these early morning courses, too!):
  • Mondays & Wednesday at 6AM: Sporty 40s: Built for women in and around their 40s who want to feel powerful, confident, and effortlessly capable in their everyday lives.
  • Mondays & Wednesdays at 7AM: Charged UP: Functional High Intensity Interval Training
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6AM: Muscles & Mobility: Combination joint health and muscle strength with a touch of a cardio blast at the end

COURSES FOR THOSE WHO LIKE LEARNING NEW SKILLS:

Humans intrinsically light up when they get better at skills so why not have skill-based courses?
  • Mondays & Wednesdays at 12PM; Saturdays at 11:30AM; ​**Mondays at 10AM DROP INs IN JANUARY!!**: Box & Burn: Build strength, skill, and mental focus with this dynamic, technique-driven training program.
  • Wednesdays at 1:15PM: Joint Rx: Building muscle is a gamechanger, but only to the extent that your joints can support it. Learn a better way to feel flexible in this course.
  • Thursdays at 5:30PM: Kettlebell Strength: Explore all of the benefits the kettlebell has to offer for your strength and conditioning needs. (Oh, BTW, there's even a workshop before the class starts to see if it's up your alley!)

COURSES FOR THOSE WHO THRIVE AMONG PEERS:

Sometimes we want to be around people our age, at our time of life, at our particular skills set, etc. We get that!
  • Mondays & Wednesday at 6AM: Sporty 40s: Built for women in and around their 40s who want to feel powerful, confident, and effortlessly capable in their everyday lives.
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9AM: Stronger Longer (65+): Training in a group setting provides a social connection that combats isolation as well as a sense of community and shared encouragement.
  • Sundays at 10AM*: Menopause Strong: Learn how strength training can be one of the most powerful tools to help support your body, your energy, your hormones and your sense of self. *Changing to Saturdays at 9AM in late February)

COURSES FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START:

TruFit prides itself as THE place people can feel as ease, seen, and safe, even if they've never seen themselves in a fitness setting. Which is why we've got the below:
  • Saturdays at 9AM: Simply Strong: This is a dynamic, progressive class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting endurance.
  • Sundays at 1PM; Wednesdays at 3:30PM; Thursdays at 4PM: Everyday Athlete: Using equipment like free weights, barbells, medicine balls, and most importantly, your bodyweight, we will work on progressive loading to build strength and generate explosive power. Attention to form and technique will be paramount to optimal and healthy joints, muscles, bones, and nervous system.

COURSES FOR CARDIO JUNKIES WHO NO LONGER RUN/CYCLE/ETC:

Get your heart rate up in brand new ways your body will love you for!
  • Mondays & Wednesdays at 12PM; Saturdays at 11:30AM; **​Mondays at 10AM DROP INs IN JANUARY!!**: Box & Burn: Build strength, skill, and mental focus with this dynamic, technique-driven training program.
  • Mondays & Wednesdays at 7AM: Charged UP: Functional High Intensity Interval Training
