Heather Christian is a physical therapist who has worked in outpatient orthopedics for 15+ years. Heather is the owner and physical therapist with MVMT Evanston Physical Therapy and sees patients at TruFit Wellness Studios in Downtown Evanston.
Heather is Board Certified in Orthopedics and Sports by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She is also a member of the American Society of Shoulder and Elbow Therapists. Her specialties include shoulder and knee rehabilitation (non operative and post operative), as well as hip, ankle and spine.
Treatment modalities she provides when applicable include joint mobilization/manipulations, soft tissue work with either Graston or cupping, and dry needling. Oh, and EXERCISE!
She taught as adjunct faculty in the University of Pittsburgh Department of Physical Therapy and currently teaches as a contract educator in Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. During her time in Pittsburgh Heather was a physical therapist for Carnegie Mellon University athletics.

Dr. Melissa "Mimi" Goldberg has been a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist since 2018. She provides an individualized and holistic approach to care. Dr. Mimi believes it is imperative to treat the entire person and have them leave as a better more informed patient. She lives with Linus the dog and Ollie the cat.
Growing up with a sister with a disability showed Dr. Mimi how important physical therapy is to restoring and improving someone’s function. After going through pelvic floor PT in high school and an abdominal surgery, Mimi became a pelvic floor physical therapist after graduating from Western Kentucky University with her doctorate in physical therapy.
