Kristen is an ACE-certified personal trainer and the owner/founder of KDI Health Coaching. She specializes in providing women with weight loss, nutrition coaching, HIIT, and general strength & conditioning personal training services! 

Originally from Toronto, Kristen has also found home in Chicagoland, where she's passionate about helping women create sustainable lifestyle changes through diet and exercise! She combines behavior change, corrective exercise, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) to help her clients become the best version of themselves.

Kristen currently holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), BioMechanics Method Corrective Exercise, TRX, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She enjoys guiding clients to improve their overall health and quality of life using preventative measures like proper nutrition and effective exercise techniques, backed by scientific research.

When she's not training, Kristen loves to spend time at the dog park with her two pups and find new nature paths to explore!
