Getting stuck at the airport (or on a plane, or in a car on a roadtrip, or, hell, at your desk) can do a number on your body. We tend to just sit there, moving very little except for our fingers on our phones or keyboards so I'm here to show you a few simple things you can do to get some blood flowing! (Go ahead!
